Hotel System Traveler Registry
Purpose of the Registry
To maintain the traveler information as regulated by the Accommodation and Catering Act (Laki majoitus- ja ravitsemistoiminnasta 2006/308, Section 6), to enable customer contacts required by customer service and to maintain customer relations. Direct marketing when the customer has not forbidden it.

Information filled in the traveler card and the customer information provided by the customer.

Disclosure and transfer of information
The information shall not be disclosed to parties other than authorities required by the law. The information shall not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Principles of protection for the Registry
The Registry can be accessed only by persons employed by the Restel Hotel Group who require this information in their work tasks.
The Registry is protected with user IDs and passwords. Access to the Registry via the public network is denied.
Inspection right and implementation
Everyone has the right to inspect the information concerning them. The inspection right used once per year is free of charge. The inspection request must be made in writing with a personally signed letter or with a personal visit to the registrar. The inspection request shall be addressed to the contact person of the Registry.
Correcting the information
Everyone has a right to demand that the information in the Registry be corrected. The correction request must be made in writing and it must be sufficiently specific. The request is addressed to the contact person of the Registry.
Right of injunction
The customer has the right to forbid the use of their information for direct marketing, remote sales and other direct advertising.
