It is easy to order breakfast or extra beds for children on our website, by phone or via email.
Free services
We serve free organic coffee and tea in the lobby during reception opening hours. Wi-fi is available free of charge. During summer, all of our hotels except Greenstar Hotel Oulu lend bicycles to our guests.
For children
Baby cribs and junior mattresses fit in our rooms conveniently, so staying with the whole family is easy. Our hotels also have toys to borrow.
Other amenities
All our hotels except Greenstar Hotel Oulu have electric car charging stations as well as laundry and ironing facilities. Thanks to our check-in machines, you can arrive at the hotel at a time that suits you.
Storing and heating food
Trying out a new restaurant is always lovely, but often hotel guests would prefer to bring their own food and appreciate a convenient way to store and prepare it.
We have installed an energy-efficient cooler on every floor, with room-specific safe lockers. You can use yours to store any food that needs to be kept cold. The lockers can be secured with a PIN code. For environmental reasons we do not have minibars or fridges in the rooms.
Every room comes equipped with a kettle and mugs. You can also find a microwave on each floor, and some of our hotels also provide vending machines for your snack cravings.
The Large Triple Room is equipped with more crockery and, in some of our locations, comes with its own microwave.
GreenMeeting
If want to combine a convenient city location with an efficient space, delicious food and sustainable practices, GreenMeeting is the meeting and event service for you. We have spaces to suit every occasion and group. All of them come with natural light and modern equipment. Catering services are provided by restaurant Silmu and its experienced staff.
